Official BGB PSA Statement:

The Reintroduction—
It’s been more than a hiatus; it’s been a “restructuring” of life, love, and freedom.
To give a precise update would take an entire monologue, exceeding the bandwidth of this platform, so I won’t hold you much longer. But I’ve been liberated enough to find my true purpose—with essence.
Reintroducing myself has been a bit delayed. I had to be equally sure that this path would fortify my true adolescent dreams and inspirations.
I’ve found myself now forced to impactfully live out my dreams. Can you imagine success imposing itself upon you and refusing to allow you to settle, while simultaneously doubting yourself and experiencing mental highs and lows?
It’s been a wrath of waves—a blanket of silent yet loud prayers that only 700,000 Black women can resonate with due to income loss.
I’ve managed to stay still and focus not on the “business decision,” but on the newfound freedom to fully embrace the Creator and Founder that lies within.
This dream has been a passionate devotion that I couldn’t fully commit to because of corporate PR commitments that I diligently upheld.
During this path of finding myself, I’ve experienced the endurance of family, being present for special moments and events. I’ve fed off amazing live music that kept my soul flowing, while also unlocking a past skill in financial analysis.
Though grateful that I am, the Founder in me is now more self-aware—and braver than ever.
In my newfound time, I’ve partnered with FORA Travel, Inc.—an amazing platform that allows me to use my professional operations experience as a Travel Curator, making dream destinations real while helping make healing journeys whole.
This is where you now allow me to reintroduce myself.
Meet me, Josette.
Founder of Broken Girl Brag.
